Payment:
Advanced payment of 50% by bank deposit or credit card and 50% at check out by credit card, check or cash.
Credit Cards: Amex, MasterCard, Visa e Diners;
Visa Credit Card allows payment in installments.
For cancellations after the time limit for Special Packages Reservations, holidays, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation:
Time limit for cancellation without penalty:
- Low season: 7 days before the check in date
- Season: 10 days before the check in date
-High season: 20 days before the check in date
- Christmas and New Year: 30 days before the check in date
For cancellations after the time limit 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Special Packages Reservations: holidays, Christmas and New Year the total amount of the package will be charged.
